All consigned goods remain your property until sold. We hold them securely and return them to you if unsold.

All consigned items must be genuine and legally owned by you. We take authenticity seriously — it protects you and every buyer.
Items that do not sell are held safely for up to 3 months. You may request a return at any time — return shipping is borne by the consignor.
Once your item goes live at auction, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. Once a sale is confirmed, the transaction is final.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are resolved through mutual negotiation first, with legal channels as a last resort.

We currently use Hoopi as our main platform to auction consigned items, giving us direct access to an active, engaged local TCG community. That said, Hoopi is just our starting point. As Baoku Consignments grows, we're planning to expand onto larger, global marketplaces — opening your items up to a much wider pool of international buyers and, in turn, greater potential sale value. Growing beyond a local audience is very much part of our roadmap, and we'll keep our community updated as we move into new platforms.
It's simple — you send us your items, and we take it from there. We photograph your slabs and sealed product, list them on our chosen platforms, communicate with buyers, and handle the entire selling process on your behalf. All you need to do is sit back and wait for your payout. We deduct a small service fee from the final sale price, and the rest goes straight to you.
We keep things fair and straightforward. Our fees follow a tiered structure — the higher your card sells for, the more you walk away with. The fee covers everything on our end: listing, platform charges, payment processing, and day-to-day operations. You won't need to worry about any of that. Once your card has been paid for by the buyer, your payout will be processed on the following Monday via bank transfer. So if your card sells and payment clears on a Thursday, you'll receive your funds that coming Monday. No surprises, no deductions you weren't told about — just a clean transfer straight to your account.
Since we handle graded slabs and sealed items, packaging is straightforward — your slabs are already protected in their holders, and sealed product is factory-sealed, so the main priority is preventing damage during transit. Use a sturdy box with adequate padding (bubble wrap or air pillows work well) to prevent shifting, and avoid excessive empty space in the parcel. We strongly recommend a tracked shipping method so you have full visibility over your parcel until it reaches us. Once we receive your items, we'll confirm receipt and get started right away.
Once your items are with us, you'll be assigned a consignment reference number. We'll use this to keep you in the loop — from when your item goes live, to live auction activity, to final sale confirmation and payout details. You'll also receive email updates at every key stage so nothing catches you off guard.
Not at all. Whether it's a handful of slabs or a large batch of sealed product, we're happy to take it on. We treat every consignment — large or small — with the same care and attention. If you have a large batch, just reach out to us first so we can plan the intake smoothly.
We typically run open auctions without a reserve price, as this tends to attract more bidders and drive up the final sale value naturally. That said, you can use your consignment reference number to monitor the auction live and place a self-bid if the price isn't heading where you'd like. Just note that if you end up winning your own item, a relisting fee of RM10 applies and the card goes back into the next auction.
Absolutely. We store all consigned items carefully and handle them as if they were our own. In the rare event that something is damaged or goes missing while in our care, we take full responsibility and will work with you to make it right. Your peace of mind matters to us.
We follow up with buyers thoroughly to ensure payment comes through. If a buyer fails to complete the purchase despite our best efforts, your card won't be left in limbo — we'll relist it in the next available auction as quickly as possible so it gets another shot at finding the right buyer.
